Meet with an Integrative Health Practitioner
Meet with an Integrative Health Practitioner to discuss and make a plan for overall wellness.
Your integrative health practitioner can provide personalized education and information on:
- Diet/nutrition
- Exercise/movement
- Stress reduction
- Toxin removal
- Sleep
- Emotions
- And more!
Sessions will begin with a focus on foundational lifestyle changes, and as you move through improving overall wellness, you will begin to dive deeper into the above categories -- based on each client's specific needs and desires.
The initial consultation will last a little bit longer to learn about your wellness background and your wellness goals. Follow-up sessions will be directed by your current wellness state, as well as your wellness goals.
Make a consultation appointment for newborns through adults.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is a bodywork modality that is designed to gently unwind and release accumulated fascial strain.
"Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is a gentle healing modality that provides patients with a freely moving brain, spinal cord, and fascial web, all of which are critical to peak health. Craniosacral Fascial Therapy was founded by Dr. Barry Gillespie, who merged concepts from craniosacral therapy and myofascial release therapy, in the early 1980s" (taken from www.gillespieapproach.com).
CFT is one of our favorite ways to maintain overall wellness, and it has also been shown to improve the following conditions and symptoms (not an all-encompassing list), according to craniosacralfascialtherapy.com.
- In infants: birth trauma, tongue ties/lip ties, torticollis, reflux, colic, latching issues, sucking and swallowing difficulties, constipation, earaches, crawling patterns, strabismus
-
In children: asthma, earaches, concussions, ADHD/ADD, learning disorders, sinus conditions, anxiety, autism, mouth breathing, bedwetting, headaches, scoliosis
Make a CFT appointment for crawling babies through adults. (CFT training to work on newborns and younger infants will be completed November 19, 2024.)
